Why can't I see the COD option?

Cash on delivery (COD) orders are only available for select pin-codes. To avail COD, orders must be placed from these specific pin-codes. All other orders will be prepaid.

If you placed two separate orders on the same day, you will receive them separately based on the invoice IDs generated. Each order will be dispatched individually depending on availability and the batch in which the order was placed.

We meticulously track our product dispatch. If the order status shows 'delivered,' it means we have received confirmation from our courier partner that the product has been delivered. If the delivery has not been made, please contact with proof of your concern so that we can take prompt action.

You can change the phone number of your address by signing in and navigating to 'My Addresses'. However, if the order has already been placed, you can send an email to requesting the phone number change. Please mention the order number in the email. Note that this can only be done before the order has been dispatched.

The order I received is not what I expected

We take great pride in the process we have set for order fulfillment, but in the off-chance of 0.0001% that this happens, please contact with the proper details of the mishap.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times before sending it back to us. If the product is returned to us, the order will be canceled and we will initiate a refund of the cost incurred. Please note that a penalty may be applied depending on the order placed.
