Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a replacement. Please see below for more information on our replacement policy.

REPLACEMENTS

Replacements can only be requested within three (3) days of the delivery date for items delivered to your location. For items picked up in-store, replacements can only be requested within two (2) days of the pickup date. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement can be requested or provided only in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Product 

  2. Wrong order provided (ordered item different from the received item)

  3. The product hasn't been delivered to the customer for more than 15 days (marked as lost by delivery providers)

RETURN PROCESS

To request a replacement, please email customer service at support@attireofart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you will be provided with instructions on how to process the return and the mailing address to send the item, based on the Replacement Eligibility criteria.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REPLACEMENT PROCESSING

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your replacement request. Please allow at least two (2) working days from the receipt of your item to process your replacement. We will notify you by email when your replacement has been processed, along with the tracking details.


STORE CREDIT

If a replacement cannot be provided, an equivalent value of store credit will be issued based on the transaction made and the value of the product.
